‘No Way Home’ is the end of the “Home” trilogy for Spider-Man in the MCU and a celebration of the ‘Spider-Man’ film franchise that started 19 years ago, spanning three generations of Spidermen. Tom Holland plays Peter Parker/Spider-Man better than ever in his sixth character appearance. Zendaya as MJ is well-rounded as a character, and Willem Dafoe returning as Green Goblin surprisingly plays the iconic villain more wickedly than he did in the first Spidey film in 2002.

The surprise guests (who aren’t a surprise thanks to internet leakers) don’t just appear for fan service, but they have arcs and serve as great sendoffs for their respective franchises. By the end of the film this version of the web head is changed forever and is set to become his own man. This whole trilogy is an origin story for Holland’s take, and his version of Spidey is only getting started. You’ll have a whole lot of fun watching this movie, so enjoy the ride.
